My casual guild seldom could get a group of 5 for heroics together, so I had to resort to spamming the various server channels. What I am still trying to get to work is converting a (good) random heroic pug into a raid group to complete the heroic daily (which has been [<a href="http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=24583" rel="nofollow">Patchwerk must die!</a>] all week). If each of us added 1 player from local server, we'd be gtg! Not to mention groups forming in about 10 seconds or less. Not so much on the warlock. Gear level's the same, but half the time a tank will be ungemmed, or not know their class, etc. I think because of the ratio of tanks to healers/dps in raids these days, there's a shortage of tanks running heroics. Icecrown Citadel 10 was interesting (ended up seeing it from the tanking perspective, surprisingly) - Marrowgar is a tank/healer gear check, as well as a situational awareness check. Took us a while to get the dance down. After that, however, it gets easier - and the gunship battle is one of the most fun encounters I've ever seen.
