The Armory got a facelift (though it is still labeled as “beta”).
New features that made me go “OH! COOL!”:
1. You can see -your- character and pose it however you want. This pose can be saved and anyone who visits your character in the armory will see you in that pose. Now if it had a green screen background this might just be perfect for making screenshots 
2. There is a customizable RSS feed of your recent activity AND that recent activity includes lots of interesting tidbits. Tidbits like, I had no idea I’d kill Ymirion 25 times.. it -feels- like a thousand. The data is nice but it does still have some oddnesses. MY feed shows that yesterday I downed “Trial of the Grand Crusade (10 player)” for the third time.. I happen to know I’ve -NEVER- downed ToGC-10 and that it seems to be counting any downs of ToC-25 as a down to ToGC-10. But still the data (to me at least) is interesting. I’m tempted to add it to a widget in the side-bar.. but I’m not sure if it’s interesting to anyone -but- me.
3. Clicking the “Gear List” button will give you a quick character audit so you can check for gems/enchants and make sure everything is up to snuff. That said, I wish it would show a red X (or some other marker) on things that -can- be enchanted but are currently unenchanted.

Tell me about it. I could have sworn that I had done HFOS a million times for that stupid scorpion trinket, but it was only 14. That almost makes the drop rate reasonable. Almost.
Just found that you can take that character model and embed it into your site.. maybe a little lilac sitting over in the corner /wave ing to us?? Then check out the full-screen version, which includes spiffy backgrounds..
