Nice post. One thing to note – ISF does not stack with Bloodlust/Heroism.

Do we still need to refresh our dots when we get haste buffs like ISF or Eradication, or for each dot tick haste is updated in real time?
As far as I know the haste on the dot only updates on a refresh.
