The flexibility of LootRank + the gear improvements of Wow-Heroes = all win in my book.
Blindly follow? Never. Take serious consideration? Sure why not. It’s only gold and maybe your DPS.

It’s a useful tool and yes, it’s ok to disagree with some choices it makes based on similar items, but there are also some glaring errors eg it said my 333 gloves were better for me than the equivalent 346 versions!
